About Me

My name is Avi Binyamin, and I am an expert in project management, product management, and the implementation of tools and methodologies in information systems, with over 15 years of industry experience. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for managing multi-million shekel budgets, preparing and developing annual work plans, and leading complex and integrative projects at leading companies such as Paz, Direct Finance, and Strauss Water.

In the past four years, I served as the Head of IT Operations at Paz, where I managed complex technological projects, introduced new methodologies to improve productivity, and conducted employee training on the use of artificial intelligence. I have extensive experience with the implementation of the Monday.com system and a deep understanding of the tool, enabling me to successfully tailor and implement it to the unique needs of any organization.

Currently, I offer my services as an independent consultant through my new business, ALM Business Solutions, which specializes in several key areas:
